Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to be one of the founding members of our North America marketing team. This role will bridge product, marketing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively in the competitive Shopify ecosystem.

The PMM will define messaging, build positioning frameworks, craft compelling narratives, and enable our sales and customer success teams with the right materials to drive adoption and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for our product suite (post-purchase, retention, and loyalty solutions).
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Product and Sales to plan GTM launches, create launch playbooks, and drive adoption.
  • Competitive & Market Research: Track market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant needs to identify opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and case studies to support Sales and CSM teams.
  • Customer Insights & Storytelling: Work closely with customers to capture testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
  • Content & Demand Support: Partner with Growth Marketing to produce thought leadership, blog posts, and campaign content that align with GTM priorities.
  • Metrics & ROI: Measure the success of product marketing initiatives with adoption, expansion, and pipeline contribution KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem or broader eCommerce SaaS landscape.
  • Experience launching products or features from concept to GTM execution.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market and customer data to inform GTM strategy.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
