Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with experience in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure in the e-commerce / Shopify app ecosystem. This role will be responsible for ensuring our applications are highly available, secure, and optimized for performance.

Our products help merchants improve customer experience, increase repeat purchases, and build long-term brand loyalty through tools such as returns & exchanges, loyalty programs, and order protection.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Shopify app deployments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with scalability and reliability in mind.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 24/7 uptime.
• Implement and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of DevOps or SRE experience in the e-commerce / Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
