We help Shopify and DTC brands accelerate growth through post-purchase and retention solutions, including order tracking, returns, loyalty programs, and more. We are expanding into the U.S. market and building a founding team to drive growth from 0→1.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our U.S. team. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals with SMB to mid-market eCommerce brands. As one of our first sales hires in North America, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales motion and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of eCommerce brands (Shopify merchants preferred).
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Product and Marketing to refine GTM strategy.
- Represent Channelwill at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (required).
- Over 2 years of proven sales experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology industry.
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or DTC/eCommerce tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
